Avocado Spinach Hummus includes all the beneficial ingredients of Hummus but with a twist! Try out this delicious recipe by Michaela from Flowers in the Salad.
- 2 1/2 cups can chickpeas
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 garlic glove
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Drain and rinse the cans of chickpeas. Squeeze the lemon.
- Add all ingredients to your Domaya Blender. Blend until everything is smooth, scraping down the edges as needed.
- Taste and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed. Serve with olive oil, sesame seeds, and fresh herbs.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 3 days.
