General Order Questions
When will my order arrive?
Most orders shipped via our Standard option will usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will normally arrive within 1-3 business days depending on the shipping option that was selected during checkout. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska are supported. We will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses via the US Postal Service as long as a properly formatted Address is provided We are unable to ship to Post offices. All orders with a US Address are verified to ensure they are “deliverable” as determined by the USPS. Our system will provide warnings and errors if critical address information is missing. International orders usually arrive within 6-20 business days through our Delivered Duty paid Shipment option.
How do I find my order number?
After your order is confirmed and payment has been processed, an email will be sent to you with a sales order number. Orders shipped via a carrier that offers tracking are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified when a tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well. Orders shipped by some carriers may not be trackable. You can track your orders on our website if you have a Domaya™ account.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Take a picture of the package and product at arrival and follow our return/refund policy here. Please note, the product must have been purchased from Domaya™ directly to apply for a refund.
I need to edit my order, but it’s been placed already. What should I do?
Orders placed are final and cannot be edited. However, when you get the product if you are not satisfied, we will gladly process a refund following our return/refund policy here.

Where do you ship?
We ship in the US and to another 180+ countries, so international orders are treated the same as US orders. You order, we ship. We have warehouse locations in Florida, Pennsylvania, California, and are adding two locations in Texas and in Europe. We will be working with our authorized distributors to be able to ship domestically in their authorized territories. We have collaborated with DHL to deliver our products to your international location where we do not have a warehouse location. To our international customers, we offer Deliver duties paid which eliminates unexpected fees, and make the experience as smooth as possible. At Domaya™, our end-to-end landed cost solution provide our customers with better experience at check out and post-purchase and decrease delays and packages held at customs. Our international customers can see and pay the full price at checkout – including shipping, tax, and duty – as well as their expected delivery timeframe. And the benefits don’t end there. Once an order is fulfilled, our customer receives a beautifully branded tracking experience. Throughout the fulfillment process, our customers will receive status updates as needed to ensure they receive their order successfully. Can you expedite shipping?
Domaya™ account members get free standard shipping (and discounted expedited shipping) on every order made in the US. Guests Shipping are free for orders of $75 dollars or more for Standard Shipping and for a fee for expedited shipping
How much is shipping?

How do you package your items?
Our Products are package with Polyfoam packaging to ensure the products are delivered with confidence with no damage
What is your return/exchange policy?
Please refer to our Refund Policy Page here If you’ve received your new Domaya™ order within the first 30 days and you’ve decided—for any reason—it’s just not perfect, you can return your order or exchange the item for another item. For an exchange: The appliance must have been purchased directly from Domaya™. Domaya™ cannot accept exchanges of Domaya™ branded appliances purchased from other retailers or resellers. The purchased appliance must be in brand new condition with original packaging and accessories. Please note that Domaya™ does not permit the exchange of or offer refunds for parts or accessories. Please contact us to commence the exchange process. Please do not return your appliance to Domaya™ without first obtaining an Exchange Authority number. Please note that Domaya™ is not responsible for appliance that are lost or damaged without following our exchange process and without obtaining a valid Exchange Authority number. The Exchange Authority number is valid for 14 calendar days from issuance. If the item is exchangeable and you send it back to us packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the appliance, Domaya™ will offer you a credit to your account relationship with us. Shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable. If you are an international customer, duties and tariffs may not be refunded. Requesting your exchange is simple, an Exchange Request can be generated by logging into your account relationship. Please be sure to let us know why you are requesting an exchange so we can continue to improve and ensure a great shopping experience. Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you a shipping label to send your purchase back to Domaya™. Please be sure to pack your product to properly safeguard it in transit and use the shipping label provided to ensure we can track and properly credit your account for the return. We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason. Bulk orders are shipped with no exchange privileges. We reserve the right to not accept bulk orders. When can I expect my refund?
Once we have received our item, your refund will be credited to the method of payment used during purchase within 5 to 10 business days. The amount of the credit will include product cost and in some cases, shipping costs. Note to our international customers: Duties and taxes are not refundable since these are collected by each country's government and not by Domaya™.
