If for some reason you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of the delivery of your initial order, we'll refund your money (less shipping & processing)
Shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable. If you are an international customer, duties and tariffs may not be refunded. Requesting your return is simple, a Return Request can be generated without even logging into your account relationship. Please be sure to let us know why you are requesting a return so we can continue to improve and ensure a great shopping experience.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a shipping label to send your purchase back to Domaya™. Please be sure to pack your product to properly safeguard it in transit and use the shipping label provided to ensure we can track and properly credit your account for the return.
Bulk orders are shipped with no return privileges. We reserve the right to not accept bulk orders.
