Avocado Spinach Hummus

Who says healthy eating has to be boring? Sometimes it can be hard to fit in all the necessary fats, proteins and carbs to create a well balanced diet!

Avocado Spinach Hummus includes all the beneficial ingredients of Hummus but with a twist! Try out this delicious recipe by Michaela from Flowers in the Salad.



  •  2 1/2 cups can chickpeas
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  1. Drain and rinse the cans of chickpeas. Squeeze the lemon.
  2. Add all ingredients to your Domaya Blender. Blend until everything is smooth, scraping down the edges as needed.
  3. Taste and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed. Serve with olive oil, sesame seeds, and fresh herbs.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 3 days.
