Creamy Vegan Gravy

Thanksgiving dinner is almost here and this vegan gravy is the perfect side dish to any meal! 👀 ⁣

It’s made from wholesome ingredients like mushrooms and onions, so it’s not only good for you, but also tastes great. 🤤⁣

You’ll need the following:⁣

▪️1 ounce mushrooms⁣
▪️1 ½ - 3 cups vegetable broth ⁣
▪️2 tbsp olive or avocado oil⁣
▪️3/4 cup diced white or yellow onion⁣
▪️3 cloves of garlic, minced⁣
▪️3 tbsp cornstarch⁣
▪️1 tsp minced thyme⁣
▪️1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary⁣
▪️ sea salt and black pepper to taste⁣

➀ Start by cutting the fresh mushrooms⁣
➁ In a pan, pour olive oil and combine your mushrooms, garlic and onions. Simmer until cooked.⁣
➂ Add your cornstarch, thyme and rosemary. Then add in your vegetable broth and stir.⁣
➃ Allow to cool, then add it to your blender.⁣
➄ Blend until it is creamy and smooth.⁣
➅ Then return to the pan and reheat for an additional two to three minutes over low heat. ⁣
➆ Add salt and pepper to taste.⁣
