Gingerbread Vegan & Dairy-Free Waffles

t’s the holiday season, and that means there’s a lot of baking to be done. You know what’s even better than baking? Eating it! 😋⁣

Gingerbread is one of those classic flavors that come with the holidays, and these Vegan Gingerbread Waffles will not disappoint 😍⁣

You’ll need: ⁣
▪️ 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal (for the flax egg)⁣
▪️ 2 ½ Tbsp water (for the flax egg)⁣
▪️ 2 Tbsp molasses⁣
▪️ 1/4 cup pumpkin purée⁣
▪️ 1 Tbsp avocado oil⁣
▪️ 1/3 scant cup brown sugar⁣
▪️ 1 scant cup of unsweetened almond milk ⁣
▪️ 1 1/4 cup whole-wheat pastry flour⁣
▪️ 1/2 Tbsp baking powder⁣
▪️ 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
▪️ 1 tsp ginger⁣

All you have to do is: ⁣

➀ Start by preparing the flaxseed meal: add warm water and let it rest for 5 minutes.⁣
➁ Add molasses, pumpkin purée, oil & brown sugar to your Domaya Blender

➂ Add almond milk and blend once more.⁣

➃ Add flour, baking powder and spices to a sifter and sift over wet ingredients. Blend to combine.⁣

➄ Add the flaxseed egg to the preparation and blend once more. Ideally, let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking.⁣

➆ Spoon about 1/2 cup of the batter onto the center of the iron and cook⁣
