Roasted Red Pepper Vegan Soup

You’ll want to save this soup recipe ✨⁣

It’s easy to make, healthy, creamy, comforting and delicious ⁣

For 2 servings you’ll need:⁣

▪️ 1 large red bell peppers (left whole)⁣

▪️ 1 cup water ⁣

▪️ 1 can coconut milk ⁣

▪️ 1 1/2 Tbsp dried dill ⁣

▪️ 1 Tbsp garlic powder⁣

▪️ 2 Tbsp sugar or stevia ⁣

▪️ 1 tsp dried basil⁣

▪️ 1/2 tsp each sea salt and black pepper⁣

▪️ Tomato paste⁣

It’s super easy to make, just:⁣

➀ Start by adding to a large pot all the ingredients except for the red peppers and bring to a simmer.⁣

➁ In the meantime, roast red pepper in the oven until tender and charred on all sides (about 10-15 minutes).⁣

➂ Let cool to the touch, and remove charred outer skin seeds and stems. ⁣

➃ Transfer everything to your Domaya Blender to purée soup.⁣

➄ Then transfer back to the saucepan/pot and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. ⁣
